I came across a true oddity as I was exploring Arborstone (Explorable)...
One was level 10, the other(the henchman) level 20. Hints of Back to the Future?  The silence between the two was very akward, as they both had blank expressions on their faces (as is the custom for all henchmen).  [Edit]: No, my build is not up for discussion!

Saw that too some days ago. I was doing some quest where i had to protect a guy, and then i looked back just to seed Karl standing there. I was wondering why he didnt follow me, but kept moving to see if he would come. Suddenly he stood right next to me and i was like "wtf?" and then realized it was an NPC :P
