Proof that the induvidal dosen't matter
We've all seen those guys boasting how they 'let their team to victory' in Alliance battles. Here is proof that the induvidal isn't as useful as one would think.

Ignore the bar. Pay close attention to who's winning and who failed :P

Haha, yeah that's pretty much the reason why I hate to change my skills. I always forgot to adjust the points.

There is no individual!!!!
I've done the stat-forgetting thing before, but usually in group UW and FoW. Fortunately the philistines don't know what I do, so nobody ever notices

I've done that with myself(by accident of course). Easier to get away with it with my warrior than my monk though. Long as I'm in the fray taking the hits most people wont notice(or care) what I'm doing with my warrior. But there's no way to hide a poorly specced monk.

my mate did that when he tried THK, he was a necro, with level 3 feinds and 12 healing prayers.. although all he had was healing breeze, SOMEHOW he managed to not only finish the mission but the bonus too maybe putting attribs like that is a good idea....

Well, it does force your team to think things through and not play like goddamned idiots.
Then again, it's not like we look any smarter with a poorly distributed skill set.
