Is crystalline still rare and expensive as before ?

Crystalline is still the most rare but Vertebreaker is also very rare and wanted.

vertebreaker drop costantly from elite mission chest.

the crystalline sword drop are the same as before.

I had a almost perfect axe 15%^50 zealous Armor+5 unconditional.... 5-26(req. 9 axe mastery)
