it's from fow. you just need the materials/gold. and then go to tyria with your canthan charac. go in fow. go to forgemaster. presto!.

it's ezier than trying to get the kurz/lux armor actually.(there's a ton of things you have to get thru just to go to the faction sides...)

not to mention it's virtually imossible to get all the amber/jadiete for armor now that the faction reward guys aren't working anymore.

hope they fix the whole alliance thing soon

I've seen the concept art for this and the male version and given how accurate the female art was to the actual thing, I would have to say that if the male version bears the same likeness to the art, it is hands down the sexiest armor in the game.
