Well, I tried this with a friend today. No healing along with us at all. I was just watching him mess around.
He managed to get 5 up by himself until the original golem fell. |

Tried it just now. Doesn't work. The instant you cast aura, the first golem dies.
You can have a bunch of masterless golems running about, but you can't get them back under your control. |
