Poor PS job.

The mending on the right is missing:
  • a green border
  • an enchantment arrow

Furthermore if you really echo'd it, the second cast would replace the first, as with any enchantment, you wouldn't have two at once.

You need the regen from healing breeze and mending when your using your healing sig during frenzy. Question answered
