All mesmer armors come green, this one is just dyed black.

it's not really HzH armor, it's Kurzick armor and you get it in Vasburg Armory. I've done all my Rit Kurz research -- I'm going to be starting my set tonight. I'm not a fan of the black dyed version of this -- it's secondary color is black, and with black on black, you don't seen the detail well. Guru has some pics of red dyed Kurz Rit armor, and the contrast/detail comes out much better.

The only one for HzH. They have 15k at the Armory.
