I would like to try the new class but did they mention anything about free slot so we can try it out? I don't feel like deleting any of my current characters. Anyone happen to have any info on that?

I love the look of the male Paragon, and would imagine that his ultimate armors will either be completely Angelic or White Mantle-ish.
The Dervish - not too sure on the robed look and how that will play out for a melee class. Definitely Jedi-like, especially if you dye it black (imagine with Darth Maul's/Anakin's black robes...oh man). Give him a couple of chaos axes dyed red...

Honestly I see a lot of people SAYING that Dervish will be the most popular but I've only seen a couple of people saying they are actually going to play a Dervish. I see more people saying they are going to play a Paragon.
Not only do Paragons come with white armor but they are also leaders and will probably end up with wings. I see a lot of people playing these.
I'm personally more exciting about Dervish but only because I have been waiting for a non-huge warrior to play. I think Dervish are going to mainly be avoiding and healing unlike warriors who just take the hits.

I didn't mean Dervish/Mesmer with IW would be good or useful, I was saying that they would LOOK alot like Jedi/Sith Knights.

One the intesting things about the ability to hit a group of close mobs via close comabat (instead of AOE magic) is the following:
They will most likely scatter like AOE does now with Ele AOE spells.
Farming low level area's such as Char or starting isle in Factions, grab monsters close buy, get a bunch together then spin

I don't think we will have the same issues with the Dervish that we have with the Assassin when it comes to n00bs thinking they can tank. From the discription, it sounds lik the Dervish is intended to remain in the front lines.
It also says they get their protection from enchantments, which can be bad for two reasons; 1) N00bs don't bother with defenses, no matter who necessary they are 2) If there are as many enchantment removing enemies in Elona as there are in Cantha, we could have an issue.

Read up on them, all the spinning they do makes sense with how the Dervish of GW are said to attack.
I wish our Dervish had the cool hats...

Oh dear God. Yes. I concur. However, I shall start a Dervish just because I like where they originated from and who they are. I just know I will have a hard time finding groups, though. >.<
