Alright, let me explain this screenshot first. My wife and I decided we were going to take a few good screenies of our necros just outside of Shing Jea Monastery since the lighting there is perfect. So as we're doing our poses, America just then got favor and my wife happened to capture this:

That's Dwayna's broken statue getting struck by lightning and beginning to reform! I got a few more screens as it was happening of the pieces picking up and getting into place, but this was by far the most dramatic and just something neither of us has ever experienced!

Just thought it was too cool to not share with you guys. If anyone else has any other screens of the Gods' statues during the gaining or losing of Favor, post it! Quite a neat little effect that's so rarely witnessed!

I always thought that if you were in an instance when the favor changed hands, it didn't affect you until you zoned. Guess I should pay more attention to stuff, eh?

Ugh...it's despressing when you run to storage to get 1k to enter fow and than as your coming back you click the the little headstonet thing instead of the ghost than you see him fall back in the ground than the fire stop coming out of the statue and you loose favor

Anyway nice picture.

Nice image.

I saw the statue of Dwayna in Nebo Terrace rise up when we won favour once. Watching it be assembled to its standing position from the pieces on the ground was very cool.

Yeah, as RotteN pointed out, she crumbles as the blue energy that keeps her together just disappears. My wife actually saw what happens to an Avatar of Balthazar the second we lost favor. She said he actually falls over as if knocked down (not dead), then as he tries to get back up, he disappears.

Too true. If more people stopped and smelled the proverbial roses every once in a while, they'd notice how much incredible creativity the developers actually put into the game. I'm still in awe over all the concept art that's been released.

Now, if only they could get better writers...
