Well i know that Spirit bond isent a cake walk to use as some ppl mean.. But tanking any number of smiters is pretty easy.. I mean, its not super great to tank 200 smiters on a spirit bond build if you could find a place to aggro that many. Becouse the more hits you just get more heal.. Witch means tanking a high number of them isent in itself hard..
And The Ice king quest is very possible to tank as a 55 Monk.. Need a little luck/skill with timing SB right, but if its timed right it will block off all Meteor showers and ull be perfectley fine..

I can hit as many things that can jam into one area for 113 dmg with 'on fire' time with my Rodgort's Invocation spell. Should I post a screeny of it here and be proud of it like all you farmers seem to enjoy?
Seriously... nobody cares. Sorry if that bursts your bubble, but it had to be said.
I hope you make lots of money on your runs, just please don't waste everyone's time by posting it.

I don't waste anyone's time. They don't have to look at this thread. You didn't even have to. If nobody cared, there wouldn't be 3 pages on this thread. And go ahead and post a screenie of your Rodgort's Invocation, I want to see the pretty numbers.

o yea dude..my harddrive only has 2.5gigs and if anet has another update or something i wont be able to play guild wars..and btw ur so cool!
and @everyone else i belive that 600 is best for noobs starting out to farm and 55ing is perfect for exped farmers and 55 for some mobs that do dont alot of dmg....that would cancel out the 600...

It's not that 1 mb is a big deal to him, it's the fact that wasting space is...well, wasteful, no matter how much space

I'd like to see you tank smites with that build... or aatxes
Don't try to tell me you can lol because I know you won't really last a few seconds with that build.

I'll go try that build on Aatxes then...I'm gonna hope that it works at least okay...This is why I don't normally self-tank!

Where are you going to get the huge amount of energy? Warrior has only 2 energy pips. One will be wasted to Mending. Another one perhaps to zealous? Maximum energy is something like 25 but you have three 10 energy cost healing skills and only Dolyak is energy free. Energy based skills without energy management. That is bad combination. Maybe works in low level areas but then prot spirit and spirit bond are useless plus this combination requires low armor to be effective.

lol how is 55ing for exped and spirit bond for noobs? it's a matter of how much more you want to tank, and if you want to be safe or not.

You do realize I was talking about 55 monks, which should use SB, and not Spirit Bond monks, which I consider pathetic, yes?
Anyways I pm'ed you the basic tactic for tanking the 18 dryders in SoG quest.

Like I said, it was my makeshift self-tanking build. I also said that it wasn't the best out there...Luckily I have a few Energy raising thingys. Anyone suggest a new build?

Normal 55 sb build, can take on anything with an ss/sv necro, pic was taken 5-6 months ago, dodge the showers, hit bonetti, and live
