I'm in the process of getting a set, and the green-ness of the whole thing has thrown off all of the dyes I've tested on it.

What are some good dye combinations for elite Luxon armor?

Blue + Blue + Green is a combo I like to use quite a bit. It makes a nice teal colour. And if two blues are too much, you can always take one out to try and make it match a bit better.

On cloth, maybe.

On metal, it's hit or miss.

On whatever Luxon armor is supposed to be (coral?) black just looks like an ugly brown that dulls the colors on the un-dyeable areas of the armor.

My avatar's probably too small to see, but I already used white on my Norn armor.
Also already used pink on her Ancient armor.
