now if it were 40% recharge of curses.........and if SS wasn't nerfed.....that would be a hot SS staff

The casting mods do stack, there is a thread somewhere here that gives the exact numbers when you have 2 20% casting mods.
As far as the SS nerf..the curses line has quite a few very very useful spells.
People need to stop bitching about something that should have been nerfed a year ago.

SS still works very well in PvE. I've found that the only thing that doesn't work anymore is soloing large groups of enemies. Otherwise, it works just like it used to when soloing small groups of enemies, and in teams of course.

If theres a staff wtih the same stats, but in Domination, I'd be ALL OVER IT.

Hmm, that looks imba. Please, dont photoshop/paint manipulate. I will only beleive its true when i see it :/

Edit: Woah, my apologies, somehow got it into my head it was a focus :/ And i have seen similar mods weapons now. Amazing.

this aint a green or gold weapon and the stats are crap at:

dmg: 10-10
two handed

But the skin is funky:
