I dont get ANet.. Why make the heros armor and the henchies armor SO much better looking then the armor players can get.. Its not like NPCs can enjoy it

A great example is the armor that the Holy henchman has. It looks that much better then the normal dervish armor

What I do not understand is with all the beautiful mesmer females (or males for that matter) we get an ugly fat one.
Not fair.
Next chapter I want a sexy mesmer hero.

Seriously, that has got to be one of the best armors in Nightfall. Especially the female version which was in the artbook and manual.

The female elementalists's armor also looks way better than the 15k Sunspear equivalent (looks like a reskin).

Totally not fair.

So let me get this straight... the only way to get new armors for your heroes is doing challenge missions?

That really sucks. I hated the challenge missions in Factions and I can't imagine they'd be any better in Nightfall.

They're not better. They're still the same. But the missions drop ectos...err... I mean 'Stolen Sunspear Armor' thingies that will draw farmers and thus more attention to an otherwise less than interesting feature. Those items are already selling for well over 20K, and I hear they're limited per character (pure rumour at this point though).
