So, I was playing my Monk in Old Ascalon. I decided to finish up some quests, so I gathered my party of henchies and took off. To my surprise, after passing the portal to leave the Old Ascalon town, I was not tranferred to the explorable area. I stopped and waited, as sometimes it takes a few moments to catch up. Nothing. So, I decided to take this rare opportunity to explore what few - if anyone - have explored: The unreachable world beyond the portal. It was exactly like the regular explorable area of Old Ascalon, except it was without enemies or the usual Ascalon Soldiers. So I walked on to see how far it stretched. Finally, after trekking a short distance, the world simply ended. A clean cut across the ground was found, and in the distance an endless ocean. Beneath the hill on which I stood could be seen the lower levels of the game's geography.

Shoulda gone and /danced outside of the city (behind the portal) and said "FREE 100K TO FIRST PERSON TO OPEN TRADE!!!"

Yea, the GW world is instanced not a whole globe.

It occured today as well in teh Amnoon Arch fau pas. I got a couple caps of that I can dig up.

Here's some of the LA glitch last night, ANet messed up coding for new build, and Lions Arch suffered.

- Edge of the world (While in LA)

- Confirmation of the Lions Arch Amnoon Oasis

The same thing happened to my little brother at the same portal in Old Ascalon about a week ago...that portal must be glitched...he never went out to the end of the world though...

Lions Arch suffered?? it was the best glitch ever, there was like 100 people dancing in american d1 it was awesome

Yea it was funny as hell. No one could get to their Storage and Wamos roamed the desert dancefloor.
