Maybe it is just a bug/glitch, that makes the Customized for Savio Striator not appear? Ask someone to try and wield it and see

A while ago i found an incosistent bug in the game that allowed one to intentionally uncustomize a weapon (no don't pm me, i won't go into detail). I've sent in a report about it though.
Seems like this is a similiar case. |
