Took me a few goes to see what the thread was about, but it is actually mildly amuzing :-)

Nice pose on the screen cap :-))

Edit:

To those who still don't get it. He DIDN'T pay for leveling. His char is 1 point short of being level 20. The screen shot shows his char slapping its head in disbelief, and the character is now wryly offering loads of money to be power levelled for the last 1 point.

Never happened to me, although I was only 11 Kurzick Faction off completing the Befriend the Kurzicks quest. God that was annoying. I ended up doing the amber challenge, getting about 6 blocks then doing /dance and afking.
