that raven staff is awesome where did you find it? ive never seen one with +10 energy and no req.

in addition to the rest of my (very large) collection, ive recently aquired a few new pieces. (the 10 req etenral shield is being psoted in unison with my new one).

Way back in the day, _all_ the Raven Staves dropped by the Mountain Trolls (maybe all in general, not sure), used to be like that. They'd have no req, presear-item-like dmg but max base energy bonus. Guess it was a bug.

At some point a patch fixed it so they actually started dropping max, or near max dmg and the normal sorts of req. I used to have a ton them -- I wish I'd saved more than that one.

I wouldn't be too surprised- Akh is a well known exotic dancer and mesmerized warriors like to slip him thier shiny weapons as payment for his services. A very good exotic dancer he is.
