Well..So far in my gaming, most of what I find has either one good mod and the rest just stinks, but, this lil' sucker, popped from an elonian chest in prophet's path while I was farming awhile back,glad I took a screeny before selling it off though lol.

..I think it counts more for unusual than anything lol, Curses? Illusion AND inspiration?

Fake. Weapons cannot have +15% damage without a condition. Some weapons may look misleading and cause inexperienced players to think the -5 energy isn't realted to the damage bonus, but they all have to have some kind of condition be it over 50% health, enchanted, or various other things.

You're wrong. Unconditional weapons used to drop in the first couple of weeks after the Guild Wars release

They're very rare though, and not worth the sick ammount of money people ask for them.
