not true. depends on the order u put the upgrade on.
he must have put the fort upgrade on before he put the sundering

One of my treasures. It more suitable to a necro but i use it on my monk anyway. still gives the +5 mana even if you dont meet the reqs.

Yeah I don't know how people get all these uber weapons with 15%>50%, everytime I ID it's like 1 out of 50 weapons I get, they must buy them, BUT, that is one nice Chaos Axe !!!
