Suddering == Sundering. The +20% dmg is from the customization I guess, cause there are no +unconditional dmg weapons without ANY downsides. =)

There ARE unconditional dmg weapons without any downsides. I've seen them myself in the game. They are very rare.

Weren't they nerfed? I mean - I only know -10 AC while attacking and -5 energy weps (or -1 energy regen).

If they were nerfed, then I didn't know about it. My mistake.

Check the attachment on my last post...
+10% Damge as a mod
Because it's 10, you know it's not from customization
If you don't believe it(think it's doctored, or whatever else) don't tell me, because I'd rather not hear that again...because it's not doctored, I'm not good enough with graphics programs to do such things...

Yeah - +10% always, but -10 Armor while attacking, so everything is alright. I didn't say there were NO weapons with an unconditional damage modifier, but they ALWAYS have some downsides - like the foci which give you lots of energy (usually energy regen -1 or sth.)
This extensive list confirms that as well:

Yeah, well for a warrior, -10 armor really isn't more than a flea bite...not much of a downside when each piece of your armor has 80 or 85 defense on it in the end...

It depends. If you're using a Hammer and are low on armor anyway it might be a big downside. For swords and axes maybe less. But think of it the other way. The -10 Armor is over 10% of your armor total (12-13% to be precise) so that's also the dmg bonus anyone will get while attacking you. 70 armor and 80 armor is a HUGE difference - if you belive it or not. I know that some godly +20% (Always) weps will be useful in some dmg dealing builts but the Warrior's role in a party isn't exactly the damage dealing - it's damage absorbing. =)
If you consider the -5 energy - well - with the warrior's energy pool of 20 it's the same as if you had a -25% DP on ya. This means you'll be using less attack skills and less secondary skills. You COULD compensate with e.g. a Gladiator's Set but that's where the "armor penalty" comes into play.
I don't want to say that such weapons are bad, they ARE very good, but not much better than good weps WITHOUT such a modifier - they are suitable for only a limited number of specialized builds IMHO.
Small update: The dmg penalty you'll be getting while being hit with lower armor:
AL 85 vs 75 -> 12.3% more damage to you
AL 80 vs 70 -> 13.4% more damage to you

Depends on your secondary class. If you're e.g. a R/E then I would go for elemental damage all along. Fire is too common and pple are usually well protected against it - Ice seems to work well in PvP (but a little worse in PvE as there aren't many monsters prone to Ice damage - maybe in the Ring of Fire or Kryta - on the other hand I've seen many monsters being prone to Lightning damage - maybe THIS is the way to go?)
