I have won this bow,....because I was the first who said there is no 3rd Title for the KoaBD and I know this is 100% correct, because in the German Wartower Forum someone called Maria Solaris has got the People Know Me title too and she postet a pic of her titles.... :P So the bow is mine!!

Once a character hits the Castellan title, priests will not give that player blessings anymore. One way to achieve Spearmarshal is to enter an area just before 7500 points and keep killing foes that can be resurrected by their monks.

i can copy / pase guildwiki myself if i want...
anyway u can reach tier9 even if u're castellan, but u need the "comand post" quest. that quest gives 160 points after u completed 3 other quests, which give 100points each. u can complete the first 3 quests, earn 300 points then abort the main quest and accept it again from lonai.
this way u can have virtualy unlimited rewards from the 3 subquests. problem is that ppl usualy complete that quest early in the game because it's a nice boost when they need tier7 to progress in the storyline

furthermore i honestly dont see where i posted pretending to be the first and only one to have that title.

didnt know that...too bad i finished all quest long time ago

hope ANET will do something soon about getting to tier 9

Odd, I tried this and when I retake the quest they're all still crossed off for me.
