I disagree - I love the looks of female FoW armour, as it's the only armour for female eles (except the normal elementalist armour that you can craft, but that's ugly >_<) that looks like, well... armour! :/

You already have the 15k sets if you want to look girly, not to mention all of the new Factions armour. :/

My two eles on the left my nuker Lt Colonel Jack in bottom droknars crafter elem armour top collector armour all dyed orange, and on the right my very first character from day 1 of GW, Inferno Jack in 15k geomancer dyed a orange/red mix
