I thought I'd be happy about the final 2, but I just feel depressed and dissapointed in myself. This really has been the low of the competition for me so far. I'm more than disheartened by those comments but I understand them, my first post was out of line.
I don't understand if you were still offended by my re-edit. I felt like removing it completely was a gag on my opinion, and I thought I was trying to redeem myself with the edit. I tried to still give my opinion without being mean. appearently I failed.
I've lost perynnes vote for sure, I've lost the judges pride in me, and I've thrown away the popular vote.
I don't think any 1on1 can save my soul, But I will try my hardest and I will show that I can still win this.

Good job! I believe Burnout and Jaden were powerhouses from the very beginning, so kudos to the two of you!
Perynne, you're still cool in my eyes ^.^ Your vote will be VERY important... very very very very.
Oh lol, Maria!!! Time to use your huge fanbase!!!
EDIT: Oh Jaden, go jaden go. Its disheartening, but hey, its gonna be over in a week!!! Win or lose, you beat out every other person from application process to now. Im sure you have many fans as well, im one ^.^
Go Jaden Go!

Congrats to Jaden and Burnout! You two definetly deserve top 2! *hugs*
And yeah, I'm sorry I lost my temper yesterday and sounded more negative than I actually was. It was getting late here and I was tired and I really did think Jaden must have hated me for something. But after getting some sleep and reading the reply that cleared up his thoughts a little more, I'm really ashamed for having that outburst. Blunt honesty is something that happens quite often where I live, so sometimes I forget I might sound more judging than what I really am and that some people would find it too harsh. I'm sorry, Jaden, I hope there are no hard feelings? If there's one thing that I regret, it's that I didn't get to meet you in person and get to know you better.
Things like this are really hard to talk over in the forums because you don't get that sense of face-to-face you would get if you were even chatting. I think that next cycle, if the models haven't done it already, the judges should arrange a meet for the final three where they can just talk to each other, get to know each other and maybe talk over any harsh spots they might have with each other (well, ok, if I hadn't lived in Europe I'd probably have met everyone lots of times... tip to the next european contestant(s): get to know the other models even if it means you'll stay up all night! ).
In competitions there are bound to be strong emotions at play, even more so when people don't really know who the other person is. I think the judges should take this into consideration, and allow the models to talk it out, even if it might seem like a flame fest at first. I think that was the problem this time and a forum really wasn't a good place to bring it up, but sometimes to another contestant it might feel that a public attack deserves public retaliation. I know that I was not intentionally trying to hurt Jaden, I guess I just let my frustration do the talking.
I'm very sorry for disappointing you, LadyNilene and judges.
Strangely, I don't feel too bad about being dropped. Just a little disappointed that I couldn't make it to the end, and of course the endless thoughts about "what if I'd just done that differently... would I have made it?". I'm infinitely proud and happy that I got into top three, but I know that Burnout would have creamed me at the end. Now she will have a flashier model to compete against. Good luck to both of you!
Edit: Agh, I'm so sorry Jaden for being the reason you ended up feeling awful! I think what I meant to say before, is that I really don't mind those things you said about me. I don't hate you because of those things, and I definitely will not let my personal feelings get in the way of voting. After reading your comments, I really think you do deserve the top 2 spot, maybe even more so than me.
I come from a culture where blunt honesty is everyday life, so I'm very honored that you would say the truth as you saw it, even if it did hurt me. I value everyone who gives their opinion and speaks their mind bravely without sugar-coating it. As it is, I think it has even given you plus points in my mind.

Thank you! *hugs* And nah, I don't feel that bad about the elimination. Now I can relax and join the hordes of fans stalking the models around. Voting should be fun too, I like going over the previous shots and writing insane amounts of text about what I think about each and every one of them (just kidding... I promise to be short and to the point about it).
I'm not the type to brood over losses. Actually, I feel rather hyper again. Looking forward to the next cycle, for more stalking goodness! I would also like to offer my services for any judging, photoshopping and other things that might be needed for future cycles. :3

Just like to say, I've checked in on this thread from time to time, and wow what a roller coaster.
Congrats to the final two, and congrats to Nilene for coming up with this and keeping it all together. Such a bizarre concept, yet so brilliant. A couple hiccups I guess, but generally very professionally done.
I'm almost tempted to enter the next cycle, just to see... but I know I'd probably never live up to the grace and beauty and creativity that the contestants have shown here (for the most part--and tension and nerves and sensitivity I think can account for the least part!).
Good luck!

Hey, I've never posted in here before, but I've been lurking around since about the beginning ^^!
Just wanted to say good luck to the final two! I went through all the evaluations again and I gotta say I overally liked Mortissia Faust best (the dance emote is beautifull!). As for the final three I liked Jaden Stone's over-posing on some of the pictures (I like week 3), I especially loved Perynne's photo for the Rally the Gods assignment, I think Burnout Chic has always been strong (I like those eyes on week 6!).
Maybe I'll try to get in next time as well (there WILL be a cycle 2 right?)

Drama, drama, drama! I'm more hooked on this thread than I would be on the TV show!
Earlier I remarked that my girls, while I love them dearly, are not model material...
But then I got to thinking about Sax. Well-travelled Sax, with every town on every continent unlocked. Beautiful Sax, with her penchant for hanging out in nice spots for excessive periods of time.
Provided ladies can enter the next cycle, I'll be throwing my head tattoo in the ring.
Which reminds me - I had an idea. What about allowing male characters to enter alongside the females? The difference between genders is less dramatic than the difference between professions.

And this is why I joined this competition, to prove people like you wrong. I've used what I had to work with to the best of my abilities. In this competition and the show models may have certain flaws or are unique in some way, the ones who do well don't try to conform and change who they are, but excentuate thier uniqueness and work with it.
This is like saying a model who isn't size zero is fat and shouldn't win. Well there are plus sized models and masculine models and they succeed because of the quality they produce, not just thier general features.
You have the right to vote for whoever you want, but please take the time to go through at least the evaluations and shoots before basing a vote on a general conception of both models.

I was planning on doing my usual mag cover today, I was to lazy last night to do it.
I'm sure we all know who I'm voting for to win this competition.
For those that don't know. Go Maria! <3
