I didnt have enough money to buy the Vabbian and FoW armor!! But the other shots are fine... i hope. Exams kinda took up some of my time this week, so I couldnt go online as much as I hope I could have.
Hence, I worked on my answers like crazy ^.^
Since we're handing it earlier, do you think it also means we're getting ratings back earlier!? ooooh, cant wait!

Could be! Or then it might take the judges that extra day to go through and evaluate all the answers they got for the questions. Still, I can't wait to find out the ratings too!
And you're not the only one who was busy during the week. I worked on the answers during the day at work, and then tried taking screenshots during the couple of hours I had time to play in the evening. Stupid work and school getting in the way...

Yeah, we just wanted an extra day to evaluate everything. Plus on the show, the go sees are always timed challenge, so we figured why not make you guys get a time limit as well! lol
And no, you do not have to send full screens, just the cropped screens. And no, there is only that one question you have to answer to each location, no explanation needed. Yes, MOTW will still be our top scorer. Yes, the possibility of an elimination is still up, if indeed we just find someone who just really dropped the ball on this challenge.
Looking at our results so far, I have an idea of where our Fashion Capital will be for TNTM Cycle 1. Now i just need to pick out some specific destinations for you guys to get the shoot, I'll probably pick the spot where there is an insanely difficult boss to get through. Seriously. lol ohhh that might not be a bad idea...your next photoshoot could be, take a picture with a boss in that area....hmmm lol
Please let me know if anyone have any additional questions they need answer, because today is the due date for the assignment. You can get me in game if you see me, or through email/post/pm/etc!

Assignment 06: Evaluations
Here are the results for week six, in random order...
Perynne Walker
Submission: Five Pictures, Nine Comments.
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: You definitely get points for being the only one who showed every piece of armor in every shot. This assignment was about the fashion, and it was important that you showcased as much as you can about the armor.
Here was your best commentary:
First thing that comes to mind when thinking about Vabbian armor is that it's expensive. Although the armor costs only 5k per piece, the crafting materials can quickly make a buyer into a pauper. The armor crafters of Vabbi are the only ones in the world who use sapphires and rubies to make armor, a trait that makes this armor so unique. Vabbian armor is truly the gem of haute couture, and not in the least because it takes many precious stones to craft it.
The crafters use simple cuts coupled with elaborate fabric patterns, beadwork and jewel inlays to create a stylishly sleek look to all of their armor pieces.
Comments Overall: We felt you put a lot of thought into your commenting, you definitely had some of the best answer's. You talked about everything, from materials, to pricing, to design, to trims...well done.
Malefic Mistress
Submission: Six pictures, Nine comments
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: Your picture's were ranging from sloppy to fair. Not your best work, but certainly not the worst.
Here is your best commentary:
The fashion you find at Bone Palace is definatly something you will remember and notice on others. Unlike many other armor locations, the armor here is very modest, but is still very stylish and very sexy. Most of the fashion here is made to withstand the colder weather, while not taking away from style.
Comments Overall: Your comments were also very sloppy, we felt that if we take out the material aspect of your comments, we felt that they were all the same.
Summer Newmentz
Submissions: Six pictures, Nine comments
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: Safe. You don't want to be safe. You want to be amazing. Right now, youre the person who's not so dreadful. That's not what you want, you don't want to be just the person that doesn't bomb an assignment, you want to be the person that is amazing. The competition is getting tighter, and as the other contestants are fighting and taking risks for number one, you stay in your comfort zone, which will end up being your elimination if there isn't any improvement.
Here was your best comment:
One look at the fashion here would tell you they're rich and they want to show it off. The elite of the elite wear anything that comes from here.
Comments Overall: Your comments left us so confused. We weren't sure what was going on.
Burnout Chic
Submission: Six pictures, Nine comments
Here is your best shot:
Picture's Overall: There was some range in there, some shots were very fashionable, while some were very catalog.
Here is your best commentary:
The Kurziks are conservative people deeply rooted in tradition, honor and superstition. They have adapted to life in the petrified forest because it is their home and they will not leave it. So they dress conservatively with regard to colours, so as to not stand out. They seek harmony with the world they live in. However, their clothing is very ornate and elaborate, showing off their pride in their lineage and wealth.
Comments Overall: Your comments we're pretty good, but you focused too much on the style and didn't bring in the fashion side of it.
Xo Katina Xo
Submission: Five pictures, Five Comments
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: We keep thinking that you're our hit or miss player. When you get it, you get it so well, but when you flop, you go belly up. There's just no medium. 3/5 of your shots were great, and the other two we're not so great.
Here is your best commentary:
HzH has a gothic feeling towards it. The place has many candles and has grand doors with stain glass type windows, which screams gothic design. This fashion is also shown in its clothes.
Comments Overall: You completely lost us on this one. You pretty much described the cities versus the armor. We picked this comment as your best because it kinda mentions the clothes. I was pretty sure that was clearified when someone had asked that earlier, but I guess you didn't see.
Jaden Stone
Submissions: Nine pictures, Nine Comments
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: We felt you had some of the best poses in each shot, but sometimes you can get too posey and too over the top.
Here is your best comment:
This style is by far my favorite. It combines both elegance and show in one beautiful design. The torso and legs are covered in intricate designs which looks almost like ivory. Studded with saphires each piece truely flows into one another creating one uniform outfit. To add that special bang to the ensemble, finley curved blades strech outward from the gloves and boots. This piece of fashion combines the best of both assassin worlds.
Comments Overall: Some of your comments we're a bit generic, but overall, there were some thought put into them.
Mortissia Faust
Submission: Seven pictures, Nine comments
Here is your best shot:
Pictures Overall: You showed a few good shots, while others were very awkward.
Here is your best commentary:
"The Luxons are a tribal and nomadic group of people. They are a very festive group of people, holding different festivals and competitions (The Convocation, for example). So, I believe that the Luxon armor has a very costume-like feel to it. The warrior armor resembles the deeply worshipped turtles, as does the Ranger armor. And even in the Mesmer Male Mask (15k)you can see a festive allusion to an ancient italian comedic art, Commedia
dell'arte. The Mask is parallel to the mask of Il Capitano (source:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Il_Capitano). This festive collection of armor is unmatched by any of the other cities designs, that is what I believe makes Luxon Armor unique."
Comments Overall: We definitely felt that you had the most well researched answers. Which is good for this type of assignment, but we do want to remind you to not overthink some of your pictures. Modeling is more romantic, and less analytical.
Alright guys, we have our scores and a lot to discuss with each other, we'll post our results tomorrow so good luck to everyone!
