Into the Unknown quest, Elonian style
I'm sure most of you who have gone through Prophecies know this quest. Start in Augury, go outside, meet up with Mhenlo & pals, kill some hydras and chat with Aidan.
Anyway I always wanted to do this quest with a slight twist ever since I found out you can travel between Crystal Desert and the Desolation. Finally I got to do it. "What do you mean let's find Aidan, he's right here with me. Hey, there's something fishy going on in here..." Aidan was suitably impressed about finding himself. So with Nightfall story happening few years later than Prophecies, this is about as close to time travel I can get in Guild Wars. Yes, I tried to warn them about the Vizier but of course they didn't believe me. Always the same thing... |
