Firstly, i'm sorry if this thread violates any rules. As far as I can see, it doesn't but I do apologize if it's not allowed. Secondly, sorry for the bad pun.

Anyway, I decided to mass farm some Charr in Hard Mode and found that they are overly generous with rares (particularly shields, swords and axes). Here is a drop in the ocean of what I found:

I'm reserving my special spot for the time being, but otherwise, happy farming.

Just essence bond Rurik and let him tank the elementals, They only hit him for 10-15ish which is easily negated with shielding hands or SoA. You can clear out the first and final groups of charr yourself. (Just watch for Meteor showers, charr chaots, degen from Red Eye the Unholy, and Blaze Bloodbane who will happily heal-area himself for 20 minutes.)

The fact he has a load of scrolls shows he was farming bosses.

To my knowledge, there arent many in Nolani.

My guess is you did the Fort Ranik mission through, possibly on an Ele since theres an Ele in a SS, then took a SS once you arrived AT Nolani Academy which is where the end of Fort Ranik takes you.

Just a guess.

One in the first group outside the gate, Elemental boss on the path Rurik takes later on, 2-3 in the final "Big" group.
