Hi there,

When I made this thread I was actually able to solo more the expected with my warrior. This is the reason why I'm trying to do the exact same thing with my Ranger. So far I'm able to solo:

Ice Caves of Sorrow [Including Mursaat]
Ice Floe [Ice Imps]
Perdition Rock [Beginning]
Ring of Fire [Beginning]

Ofcourse this is nothing compared to my Full Tyria Solo Tour done by my warrior but I'll get there

Oh and I'll post all the builds when I'm done tweaking them! Wish me luck..

No hit and run tactics are used in these builds so far

Well, I see you're using either Poison Arrow or Apply Poison.. Maybe Apply Poison and Burning Arrow?

Normally I would say

R/E
Earth-tank style

Making use of the -25 from the Earth Ele damage reduction, and the added +30vs elemental (giving Rangers 100 armor vs Ele Damage) from Stone Striker.

But Mursaat Mesmers would strip that, or necros, or both; I forget.

Im going for this being a r/me with Poison arrow, or Apply poison, Illusion of weakness, and Physical resistance... :P
