I especially like this kind of trees you will find in the (Southern?) Shiverpeaks.
They remind me of our own Birch.

Not really a single tree, I guess, but I thought this was a good place to share my favorite (completely unedited) screenshot:

These have long been my favorites too. The trunks look really close to the Alder (yes, a type of Birch) trees that grow all over the place here in the Pacific Northwest.

If Jacaranda's don't count, I like the Shiverpeak's evergreens. Remind me of home.

I have "Willtree" in my Warrior's and Ranger's surname for a reason. I love nature by default and I like the abundant foliage that's in the game.
Among many, I like Willow trees. The long flexible branches make it a very interesting design; like a warm invitation to rest and relax under its shade.

My favorite time of year is Autumn, especially becuase of the foliage (And Halloween (which is one of my favorite holidays in GW(yay for parentheses)))So the Pre-sear maple trees are definately my favorite.

I remember from doing Droks runs back in the day, that there was this 1 spot you could stand, and look into a hole between the mountains, and there was a patch of trees at the bottom, looked weird, but pretty awesome

my favorite tree has definatly got to be the big tree you defend in that one kurzick mission, with the tree singers
our team was getting owned because one of my guildy monks decided to stop and stare at the tree for a bit, and decided not to heal XD

I did that mission today (Eternal Grove). The trees are even cooler when they die, because the leaves just explode everywhere

Where on earth is that? Those ruins don't look like something out of the GW world.
That is a beautiful picture btw

Pre searing, out and to the right of Fort Ranik. It's a little cave, pretty easy to miss.

There are so many beautiful sights to see in the Guild Wars campaigns.... It is something I doubt most PvPers would ever be able to appreciate.... but it is something that I, as one of those crazy Grandmaster Cartographer types.... know fairly well.
For instance...
Jahtenda Bog... Not one that has been mentioned here yet... but I have a strange appreciation for the various trees of the swamp. They have a strangely sleepy beauty to them.
The strangely crooked trees around my Guild Hall are interesting. You know by looking at them that they'd make great bonsai if they were a little smaller...
Much as Gaile mentioned herself... the cherry blossom trees around Shing Jea Monastary have a particular beauty to them. I selected an isolated one next to a cliff to screenshot... but there are plenty of others, both pink and white... and they really add character to the place. ^_^
The decorated acacias of Marga Coast.... I've long had my attention drawn to these in passing.... and not just the ones with strange cloths hanging from them either... The trees are quite fascinating.
And.... Drazach Thicket.
Drazach Thicket is love.
I still consider it possibly the most beautiful explorable area in the entire game.
Extra points also go to the Shiverpeaks... Jaia Bluffs (northern Shing Jea)... the Henge of Denravi and Nightfallen Jahai. I'll get pictures of Nightfallen Jahai's tree-"life" when I can actually sum up the willpower to fight all the way to the best spot....
