Yeah im in college for Digital and Graphic art. Some of my guildies go to the same college as me and are in the same classes yet we didnt know we played GW until about a month ago! crazy small world we live in!

I tend to like taking pictues of the scenery more then my character. Anet has done an amazing job at adding little things all over the place that always seem to impress me.

The road to Elona:

Nothing too special in the way of effects. My favorite area to run around in, solo. I really hope Anet does something special with the Desert, and especially the Arid Sea, before they release Nightfall.

It's a pity it collapses after your first encounter with it.

Made this one before work, I might redo it, I dunno if I like the sky as much as I thought I did.
His sword looks retarded too, it's Gothic, so it's actually about two times longer ............ it's just the PoV.

This shot was taken in the Island of Weeping Stone guild hall. Another copy of that statue is in Brauer Academy.

Default Corel Draw?

Hmm, I don't have photoshop but I have corel draw and corel photo-paint. If I remember correctly, I saw similar functions in the program. Have anyone try making it with either of those yet?

Besides Ctrl + Shift + H which perviously suggested, you can do Ctrl + Shift + Print screen too. (I won't recommend doing Ctrl + Shift + H while you are fighting ^^)

Exactly right. Thanks for answering for me ^^

The canthan armour was a pain to get because of all the monster bits involved , it needs 7 each of monstrous eyes, teeth and claws.

Here is what I did with Corel PhotoPaint 8 + your instructions:

Looks like Haunted Isle more than Hunter's Isle >< - used lighting effect (white Omni)

used lens flare:

Good instructions! Some functions don't go by the same name but most can be found. Thx!
