Just a couple of my new assassin, Talon Bliss.
It's a pity these were taken before she got her armor upgrade, but, alas, I like them anyway. I wish I had more ideas for effects, maybe something to up the mood of the pictures a bit.
Funny to look at an Assassin and think 'lethal' and 'quick' or 'deadly', and then you take a look at this picture and think, 'Hm, ballerina. No wonder they all die so fast.'
Both of these are mid-dance shots. I love the Assassin dance, there's so many different motions.
I'll post more with the newer armor at some point.
PS. These were all at Seitung Harbor right before I got sent off the island.

Some of you fellas need to be careful not to make the character look like he or she is floating over the backdrop. If his/her feet are in focus, so is the ground directly below them. Nevertheless, the pics are consistently quite pretty.
As for the OP, good pics Bethany. And yeah while the process is quite simple, you have a good eye for composition and a lot of patience to capture the "right" shot. Overall, some of the nicest GW-related fan work I've ever seen.

Just messing around with my first warrior, Aurik, for a bit.
Nothing special.
My favourite is the last one shown.
Sorry for size differences.
I would say I like the 2nd one is my favourite, I love the background, but the dark patch in his arm irritates me, so I may edit it a bit.
But the 2nd last and last are my favourites.

I have a few techniques myself to enhancing a screenshot, here's one I posted in the 'Post your Necro' or something thread. I haven't really done many for Guild Wars.
'tis far from perfect, but I thought it look pretty good, I may do more later.

platemail is metallic and doesn't dye the same way as the cloth monk armor. sorry, but silver is the closest to white you'll likely get.

It looks like the typical white combo S+Y+S. He just up'd the contrast on his picture. I'm not very fond of the effect, but it seems to be popular D:

Can someone tell me how to get rid of the interface? For some reason I can't find it.
