After 5889 hours of playing, my first unique experience
As the title said, I have been playing for 5889 hours. In playing Guild Wars, I have never been surprised by anything, even when I got my FoW armor set. However, in this case, I was truly amazed.
Just a note: we had more than 50 lag spikes while in this dungeon.
Location: Catacombs of Kathandrax Hard Mode
Members: one mesmer (myself), one elementalist, one ranger, two warriors, one assassin, and two hero monks.
Initially, when we first got to the dungeon, it was smooth. Although some people made bad aggro's, we managed to keep our death penalty to a minimum with honeycombs.
Sadly, 2/3 into the first floor, the assassin and the ranger had to go to sleep, so they left. Many of us still want to get this done, so we stayed.
Tragically, 1/5 into the second floor, one of the warriors made his departure. We then are stuck with 5 people.
We are still fine! With careful coordinations and pulling techniques, we made it to third floor with only five people!
Life is always full of tragedies, and our last warrior disconnected. We wanted to give up, but we knew we were almost there, so we continued.
Me and the elementalist still are unable to give up after hours of tortures.
And at last, we made it.
At this point, my hands were shaking; in fact, they were paralyzed as I was struggling to reach the chest.
That was about 80 honeycombs, 1 powerstone of courage and 1 grail of might. Eight people go in the dungeon, only four came out. Lastly, yes, I will NEVER do this dungeon again, and thanks for listening.
P.S: Special thanks to the last few people who stayed to make this possible.

Henchies never leave ^_^
Oh! and that final boss is hard, specially because I NEVER use PvE skills and consumables. Every dungeon has the right build.

Unless that Dunkoro happens to be the hero of someone that dc's, in which case, when you zone to a new area/level, yes he does leave.

Members: Mesmer (myself), Necromancer and Dervish (my heroes), and two monks, one monk hero, and one elementalist with his hero.
Unlike the other dungeon, this one is a lot easier. Unfortunately, we, once again, have a ditcher. The elementalist left 1/3 into the second floor.
Initially that's fine, because we only lost one party member. However, like ShadowbaneX said, the leaver's elementalist hero vanished once we zoned into the third floor. It seemed hopeless, but we managed to get through the first few waves. Sadly, the boss and its mobs provided a strong physical pressure, and so, any bad aggro's or any foes who bypass the tank will lead to a party wipe. Soon, some of us reached 60 dp. We wanted to give up, but we knew we had it.
I had a plan. I managed to pull the boss to the poison gas location, and we managed to force it and its mobs to the wall, so they do not bypass me.
Within time, we managed to poison it to its death.
Here's the shot of the chest.
P.S: Special thanks to the monks who kept my health up while tanking the ettin, and the fact that they stayed.
These are only two pick-up groups I have encountered with 24 hours; it shows the average experience we have with pick-up groups.
I notice someone has overlook that all my efforts were due to the fact that I use Ursan. The fact is, however, is we still struggle a lot even that I use Ursan, and many consumables were used, mainly due to the fact there were leavers.

You nearly got me amazed, but then I looked at the screenies and saw God Mode... So I'm not amazed anymore. sorry
Still, GG to you both for sticking up, this is really something worth mentioning because you'd prolly do it way faster if you decided to go back and take heroes.

Grats on the fact that you managed these dungeons, but..
Why mention the fact that you've played for almost 6000 hours... People will just think of you as obsessive
