Just got the shield today, was ecstatic to finally find one that suits my ancient armor - and it dyed so well! Armor is dyed orange, shield is red+orange.
Still trying out swords to match it, just using my Forgotten Blade for now.

INCORRECT
Same swing, different angle
(I like the other first shot more than this one - I think the first shot captures the pose much better)

I still don't think it beat my FIRST Epic Pose (lost somewhere in these pages)
I will need to try and duplicate it with my new armor.

Was pretty keen to get some more action shots of my warrior (see previous post on this page and 38) in his different armors this time, so I decided to go a little nuts and make a collage.
I'll admit, inspiration was taken solely from The Bard's post above - really awesome picture mate
First one: Kurzick Elite with Hammer.
Chronos, this is a challenge to your epic hammer poses!
Second one: Mix of Elite Gladiator and Primeval armors with the Dragon helm. I use this one as my main sword build set.
Hope you like 'em (apologies if the second is too big, it's 800x670, figured it wouldn't be too much of a fuss), they're my first 'major' photoshop projects - I'm a complete noob with the program, only had experience with Corel Draw in the past, so I understood the concept of layers at least

Man I love how you do amazing screenies of your warriors; I cannot rly manage to do that....how do you catch the right moment when they swing the sword/axe/hammer and without taking in the screen the puppets in the temple arena?

When you're attacking something in melee, don't actually need to be right next to them to be able to attack - you have a short distance you can move away from the puppets and still be able to hit them with melee. I use this trick to keep as far away from the puppets as possible when taking my shots. The angle you take the shot from also determines their visibility, of course, so try out a variety of angles and you'll get some good shots eventually.
In regards to the timing, I just hammer my print screen button as fast as I can as soon as the character starts the attack animation, and when I've gotten plenty of screens I sort through them all and pick out 3 of the very best shots, and delete the rest. Then I just change to a different angle and do the same thing. I usually finish without about six sets of three screenshots (6 angles, 3 screens per angle).
Bare in mind that by the time I've deleted all the screenshots I don't use, my recycling bin has at least 500 items in it

Cool epic poses Bard and Kikuta. Even though I kind of think the combos are goofy the poses are sick.

Yeah, I like the poses as well. Very cinematic!
I can't strike a pose as good so I have to post a pic at the ol' HoM: this is my first and oldest character with good amount of time played. I rarely have any good stuff (usually use collector items and cheap greenies) but I managed to customize a set of weapons perfect for my build, so here he is.
