This would actually be epic when this flux is still there when mad king comes to town.

Except flux is not there in non-pvp areas, and neither LA nor Kamadan (the only places where Mad King Thorn appears) are pvp areas. Sigh. It would be hilarious though. I have an image in my head of someone taking a video of a horde of bone minions crowded around the Mad King, mindlessly attacking even though he's invincible (I presume). Mad King Thorn, Master of Minions!
That would be awesome. Except it's not going to happen.

I do and that was not enjoyed by many at all, if the indication of such on the forum was clear. You couldn't go anywhere in the world without grief.

Looks like a fun time, similar to the sweets flux. Shame they changed it, these kinds of thing do make for a good laugh.
Should change it back for the Halloween, would be seasonally appropriate.

I honestly have no idea why they even bothered "fixing" it.
1. Deaths while in the outpost caused by the minions did not affect Survivor title
2. Dead players in the outpost could still click "Enter Mission"
3. Dead players in the outpost could change districts to "revive" themselves, so if they had anything they wanted to walk around and do, they still could
Therefore, the minions over-running the outpost had no negative effects.
And they surely would have gone away over night as less players were around to keep spawning them on purpose.

It wouldn't be long before people got bored and annoyed over it. That's why they fixed it. It was cute for a moment...

Perhaps they caused too much lag?
