Got my first ever set (and last) of Obsidian Armor last night. Of course....now i'm broke i'll have to farm for a week but it's worth it.

I have the twin of one of Moa Bird Cultist's eles.

I want to get her some new armor but I haven't decided on what. It doesn't help much that she's stuck in Factions (I promised my hubby I'd wait for him so we can go through together, but I might give up because I'm eying Kurzick 1.5k).

Also resisting that dark skinned ele temptation. I can't bear doing Istan one more time, but.... shiny... :P

Inspiration for my Ancient combo:
- 00039's Ele on pg 27 of the original thread (when I fell in love with the boots)
- Moa Bird Cultist really brought the Ancient armor to life with the combo's she did, which sparked my interest again (pg 33 of original thread).

I'm quite happy with the combo I created for Ahlia, I call it her Romantic Squire look. Like, some knight wanted to keep her safe by shoving her into the back room of a castle and she basically said "Noo! I want to burn things!", pulled on some squire's boots, and tore her long skirt in half leaving the long little train on the back of the outfit. XD It looks cute when she's running around and it's flying behind her. :P

i <3 ancient top, i got it for my ele recently cos i got tired of seeing her in old fow set

atm i match it with 15k cathan boots/gloves - i tryed vabbian gloves but i dont like them with this top... mb i should try ancient boots/gloves, the runaway squire armor mix looks awesome

cant remember the dye mix, but i thik its either green+brown or green+green+brown

yeah I love the ancient top as well....my noob island ele will get that (when she gets her pretty little ponytail in gear)....but was thinking about the ascalon skirt instead.....not sure about the gloves or shoes yet.....but seeing as she hasnt left the island yet I have plenty of time!

The 1.5k Kurzick Gloves interchange nicely with that top imo. Perhaps try mixing those in? Then again, I'm still not sure if I'm a fan of the Ancient top. Time will tell, I suppose.

Also, Noanoa, thats quite the dynamic pose you've captured her in, it looks really striking.

Finally, in other news, I made another Ele. Yes, I have six Eles, I know... Anyhow, she's a little Canthan by the name of Millay Starchaser. I'll post pics of her when I get the armour combination I want for her. (Hopefully, I'll have at least 2 bits of it by the end of the week, so stay tuned

) Oh, and she's an E/D with a scythe

I love your combos, Moa. The ancient armour mix you have on your warrior is awesome, so much better than the Vabbi or ancient on it's own.

Ehm....

Been tinkering with Saraphim's duds again. Seeing as I had a surplus of Kurzick faction from my ranger's travels round Cantha, I thought I might as well pick up a 1.5 Kurzick top. She just about gets away with the gap as her skin is a similar tone to the dye.

I made a new ele too ! The Yin to Saraphim's Yang.
