Considering there used to be ways to get over a million xp per day, not to mention as a monk they could have soloed UW extensively, that's not only possible but not really a big deal.

Xp total isn't an achievement of skill, or an achievement at all, it's just a measure of how much time you decided to spend on it.

Though that picture looks like it was edited in MSPaint.

I have to agree with Avarre, both about the importance of high amounts of experience, and about the veridicity of the picture- the line above the number of xp is discontinued in some places.

That pic is OBVIOUSLY faked (the monk one), but there are lots of accounts with that much. There was one on ebay a long while back with 38 million, and there are probably lots more on the hardcore bots.

The boots/leggings/chest; your guess is as good as mine. I dyed them with a mix of (black + dye remover) + (silver + dye remover) waaaaaaay back. The gloves I believe are two gray + silver + yellow.
