This is my official thread for my new set of stories I hope to create over time that I have now called the Guild Wars - Memoir Series, and first up is the story of my very first character, Adaria Esuri.

This takes place from childhood all the way through the game, expect new chapters and add-ins the futher I get in the game. I'll keep editing this post alone so you don't have to scroll through replies to find all of the story bits and pieces.

I'll attach them as .txt files since .doc is too big due to formatting and such...

First up, less than a week before the release, the short little story of my characters childhood, not super detailed, but I do hope you enjoy it...

When the game comes out, I'll give the person who can figure out what exactly caused the great tragedy, a hundred-fifty gold in game if they're right.

Just PM me with what you think is the right answer, first person to get it right will get the gold as soon as I can actually get that much again, and when we can actually meet up in-game for the trade deal.

You'll notice a few characters already in here that are in-game, note that anyone other than my own character so far is all property, place names, etc, of ArenaNet and such.

Otherwise all my other chars that i come up with that aren't seen in game, are my own, or someone elses that have allowed me to put them into my story.

SO, I'd appreciate if you wouldn't copy these and distribute them, anyone who wants to read 'em can linky here and get them please.

Well all the disclaimer stuff out of the way and my proposal and challenge to all said, here is Chapter 1, or should I call it Chapter 0, the prolouge, of my first GW fanfic/adaptation, Guild Wars - Memoir Series: Adaria Esuri.

Thanks, going to start work on Chapter 2 shortly now that i've played again. Just need to remember all the names and such >.>; Otherwise I"ll have to wait til a strat guide comes out to throw in SOME of the side quests XD
