How Did We Ever Manage Without "Restore Party" Skill?
I can't imagine what the game was like before this little skill, available to all classes:
Man, that must have been seriously ugly Pick-up-Grouping, with Rangers and Necromancers not being able to run kamikazee into everything in sight. Aw maaannn.... And you just knew that people dying had to have less to do with the fact that Aatxes can put on 250 damage in one hit, and more to do with the fact that there weren't enough monks in the party or that they weren't doing their jobs.
I'm sure there would have been a lot of failed first-runs, with everyone abandoning the group after the first attempt, once they'd figured out how to work together.

Btw, that Dwayna's Aura sucks, it's an enchantment, half the monsters carry enchantment removals. That skills needs to be SERIOUSLY upgraded, so it can't be removed. Pssssh Anet, you have to do better than that to impress someone!

Warrior's Cunning: Sacrifice entire party. Deal 10% more damage and gain a 1337% stupidity boost.

Actually, that would make for a VERY evil Blood Magic skill :
Sacrifice 33% of maximum health of party, gain +10 energy regen. Hehe, something tells me you wouldn't be a very popular necromancer...

Heh, I think there's a hidden Warrior skill that every warrior, even secondaries, have, yet they don't talk about:
LEEROY JENKINS!
Description: Shout. For 239-999999 seconds, your speed increases by 66%, including foes around you. You go into automatic run, collecting all mobs within a 200-500m distance and directing yourself back to your party. Party then suffers from "Stupidity" condition for 239-999999 seconds (50% chance per individual party member, 90% chance for whole party). While under "Stupidity," party members cannot fight as a team.
Energy Cost: 5
Casting Time: -10 seconds
Recharge Time: 0 seconds
Skill Type: Aggro Attack
Linked Attribute: Tactics
