Where are the best towns to RP?
Other than LA int, I really haven't found any RP friendly towns, so anyone know of any others?

There's a petition trying to make rp-related districts/towns. Very hard to find people who WILL rp, and not have others saying "rp for teh gay"
Would love to RP, but having the hardest time trying to find those who would also be interested in it.
For now, I play a MUD. And hope for RP disticts to come soon.

It's to use your imagination. Roleplaying can express a certain side of yourself that you would prefer in a more comfortable place. Roleplaying as in acting out, as in interacting with other people in another personality. There doesn't have to be a point. Roleplaying to me is just interacting with different players in different situations.
ie.
"Aroan, how have you been? I heard the journey has gone hard for you."

Naw, actually, Ascalon City is pretty decent.
Well, that's where Alicia, Link, and myself role-play.
It's a very decent city actually.
Lots of districts to choose from.
Few perverts.
Fewer idiots, since everyones a newb!
No one bothers you because they don't know what your doing!
So, yeah, i'll recommend Ascalon CIty

There's always the RPGA (www.gwrpa.org) that has a thing going in Yak's Bend and Icetooth Cave during the weekends, I think. To my knowledge, their forums haven't been very active lately, so they might be out of business there for the time being until they get back together. I haven't tracked them down myself IG, though- so I might be wrong altogether.
Does anyone else find it funny that the RP'ers are usually the ones who always use correct grammar and punctuation? You can usually tell who an RP'er is just from that.

Thunderbolt, you hit the nail on the head. The RPer's I have known appear to be mature and educated. I think they are a little bored with the mechanics of the games and are looking to add a little more spice.
My guild likes to roleplay in Yak's bend where there is a nice fire to sit around and in Lion's Arch. In Lion's arch there is a cooking pot there where my sister makes a mean stew. She doesn't tell anyone the ingredients but I saw her throw an Ebon spider leg in once so I don't eat the stuff.
Regards,
Chyminy
