I decided that the assasin that I was colouring looked too disproportionate, and the armour didn't look right. I tried to draw one on the computer and failed.
This is the result of my anger. A chibi angry assasin. ^_^;

Love the Chibi Assassin! The the coloring is very very nice too.
Maybe I will do a Chibi style next too... since they are just so much more fun to draw....

I'm probably going to try to draw a real version of that armour type. (Hopefully it won't go out of proportion like the last one did. )

Ok. Here's my contribution. You need to keep in mind that this is just a quick sketch gone over in ink. This only took about 4 or 5 hours total to do this which is not very long compared to my other works.

AWSOME! Yeah.. I was thinking that Assassin should get the Japanese Samurai Mask type as head gear. Very nicely done!

While all the concepts I've seen here are good, or at least amusing, I'm just wondering why everyone is sticking more or less with the oriental look. We do all know that assassins were originally arabic, right? While I'm not trying to criticize anyone here, I just think it might be nice to have a few middle-eastern themed concepts as well to mix it up. Remember Assassin from SCII?

An assassin is literally a professional killer. We Chinese have assassins, to. The type of assassin would vary, though. For example, people usually classify me as an "assassin", and I use twin daggers + throwing knives.

Ok, here is my deadly assassin. He is using one of the new new skills:
Use Rope
This skill makes you able to climb over a wall. This skill can only be used once per mission.
Energy Cost: 5
Casting Time: 2 sec
This skill can be used to climb over the walls when you are waiting for a Tombs or GvG game to begin

History time again, I guess...
I'm not going to go into all the details but most historians who study the topic believe that the word 'Assassin' is a modern mutation of 'Hashshashin' which was a term used to describe members of a religious cult in what is modern day Syria. Some believe that the leader of this group (Hasan-i Sabbah AKA Al-Hassan) used hashish and and a nicely stocked harem to convince his followers that he could open the gateway to paradise for them, and as a result, gained a following of fanatics willing to do his every command. Now, as every religious zealot seems to like to do, this one was bent on destroying his competition as well. As a result, his followers became an army of suicide killers who typically slipped into a location to off their target with a dagger, only to be put killed by the guards soon thereafter (a death that they all seemed to aspire to have).
While there have been killers in all societies throughout history, the Hashshashin is believed to be the one who is the original Assassin. Because of their origins, the term has become one for a professional or politically motivated killer over the years.
Actionjack, as for the outfit design, I'd take a kind of Prince of Persia/Arabian Nights/Ali Baba and the Fourty Theives/Aladdin approach. Since the Hashshashins operated in what was the Persian Empire, I don't think it would be too far off and we could still keep the female skimpyness that is Guild Wars.
