Look guys this is getting kind of out of hand. All of a sudden we have some hunter away from the group, white mantle vs. shining blade prejudices years after white mantle are defeated and we still have the original us VS 8 person battle. Lets leave it with the original us Vs. 8 person battle. Please?

OOC: I am by no means a pro at this - this is only the second rp thread I've participated in, the other being Heros in Cantha. This same thing happened in that thread too.....I guess nobody is supposed to "lead" these stories but perhaps if the original poster were to lay out a rough timeline or the bare skeleton of the direction he envisions the story going and then the participants are free to "fill in" the meat of the story, staying within the original framework as stated by the OP. Just a thought. I guess that is what we are doing in a way.......but it seems that in every story there is someone with a hidden agenda that they slowly (or sometimes suddenly) throw on the rest of us. I'm not knocking creative thinking - that's what this is all about, but it seems like we need just a tad more structure to keep these stories from spiraling out of control.

it was not my intention to run anyone off...... just wondering if there is not a better way to ensure a coherent story.....

edit: Sorry Rafe, didn't mean to hijack the story thread with OCC discusion. Perhaps we could continue this line of thought, if needed, in a new thread.

Hopefully last OOC post for a while - The most basic storyline. Don't want to reveal anything fun.

Right now we are in a us vs 8 people battle in NKP (North Kryta Province) -We have to complete this
I want to basically have it uneventful all the way to Ascalon
we head out from piken things get rough

There is a sort of gang turf war over the northlands with 3 sides
the charr
a evilllll dude with giant evil monsters
and a actual gang of assassins, a murderers cult sort of.
From the first intermission, Tuatha Mos is leader of the murderers cult (unnamed at this point)
Lord Aqualoa is the "evilllll dude", but the guy who was killed by Tuatha Mos was in fact, not a "giant evil monster"
NEWAYS im a monk so i let u all finish this battle and get us moved into Ascalon.

The eight bandits had quickly been reduced to three. "There is no need for minions", Rianna thought. "I'll make a well". With that she started the slow chant and her body contorted as the power rose in her, suddenly from the nearest bandit corpse there arose a swirling green mist that grew outward, encircling bandits and adventurers alike. it had no effect on her companions but it slowly leeched the life from those enemies within it's range. Thanks to the skill of the fighters and her well they were all dead within seconds. Rianna exploited another corpse to produce a well of blood wich rejuvinated the fighters that were within it's boundaries.
Elias used his more powerful skills to mend ones who required more but he gave Rianna an approving glance before he devoted his full attention to the others.
After everyone was rested. They continued their journey.
