I like them, a bit simple though, but nice to see someone with their own style, try playing with your media and coming up with more detail.

You should try practicing on anatomy.

You should practice making constructive critiques.

On topic...I like your style, its very simple and the poses are nice and dramatic contrast in color, very comicy.
I think your anatomy is fine.
My complaints:
Because of the high contrast colors, you will face the problem of things looking flat.
the chains of the damned cleric because its too flat. Chains tend to twist and turn and never look like that.
the arms on the ritualist are fine anatomically, but the coloring makes it too flat. It needs to sink back into the image otherwise the foreshortening looks odd.
some advice:
If you are planning to leave the background white then find a way to place your character in whitespace. Shadows, etc that give them some reference, otherwise it looks too flat.

It is constructive since I'm telling him he should improve on that.

thx all for the feedback, ill try to work around the guidelines you ve given me.
murder in china: i think i ve always been careful enough with the anatomy, but if you think it doesnt look good enough, could you tell me which parts of which drawings look strange, so i can know?
lyra song / ju smurph: ive been doing the colors on photoshop, and since im kinda new in that department, ive havent had time too look around much... there s sooo many things, i get confused a bit lol.
lyra song: about the background, i need to work a bit before i can make one that looks good enough, so i dont really draw background much, but i you re right about saying it would look better with one.
about my drawings being flat, well, i guess i ll have to try and see them more in 3d, since most of them just look like cardboard characters again that also may come from the absent background.

The "You should try practicing on anatomy." wasn't that bad actually, you learn ALOT from looking in anatomy books, it'll make your drawings alot better when it comes to muscles etc. which add alot to a humand drawing.
Also, not too much detail, but I like the Ritualist Nicely done with the shoulders/arms, that looks great.
