Terrible quality, you could host a wmv anywhere and have 10x the quality and still stream it.

If you're only getting audio, it most likely means you don't have the DivX codec installed. Go to www.divx.com and download the free player and codec (you don't need the player, the codec will work with windows media player, but it's bundled.) Hopefully that will fix your problem.
