This is your best one yet, the people at work had to ask me about what I was laughing at. it is even more funny since we use the term "RES Q" for inter office memos that require IT support, generally they have a 48 hr turn around.

He is refering to the "I Will Avenge You" build with the warrior rangers, send the pet ou to tank, pety dies "IWAY". There a lot IWAY in PvP, it is an easy build and hard to beat.
