His head looks like it's on backwards, I don't think his entire right arm would be concealed by that shield, and I think you've used way too many lines for what ends up being only one. (For every...line, you've got several. Work on having it not take so many strokes to get the shape.)

I do enjoy the pose, though.

I like it a lot. The only criticisms I can offer are proportions and lighting. He's got random spots everywhere on his body 0_o. My sketches get like that too after lots of erasing and stuff, but you could at least go in Paint and just put white over them.
