Chapter 1~~~~~~~~~
Deep within the depths of The Falls which lay in the Maguuma Jungle was a small village guided by druids, monks, and huntsman is where the story begins. The village bared no name or lore held in any libery, only people and spirits who dared to live in such a dangerous place. Temples and homes made of enchanted wood, and leafs entangled to make buildings of such wonder. The village was peaceful and silent as they lived there lives in the secretive shadows of the woods.
This mirror of peace wood soon be shatter by knights wearing milk white armor, and burning eyes of hate and malevolence. They brought their weapons of steel magic and ripped their way into the heart of the village. The Druid's, Monk's, and Huntsmen tried to fight fend off their attackers but their efforts forever in vain.
Many of the people fled their homes and made for a land now called Kyrta where they would hope to start again. A young child whose life was to be monk found him self crawling through the blood stained bodies of his people. The memories of his family fresh in his head.
"Leon! Where is your father's bow! You weren't playing with it again were you?" Shouted Eliana Ux-ixen, a fair mid age women who worked as a monk. Her frost blue eye glared at the dirty boy you stood in front of her. She pulled her blonde hair back and shook her head. "Sorry mother I I left it behind when I went to go hunting and um a spider jumped out and I ran." The boy explained hoping not to fall victim to his mother's rage.
Eliana bent down and looked her young son in the eye, he spoke the truth, even if it was only half. "Well you better go tell your father then. And for goodness sake stop playing in the woods a young monk in training is suppose to be in the temple archives, not the woods." She said, while looking at her son's innocent face. She only smiled then stood up and dusted of her old wanders robe and made her way to one of the wood vine temples. As Leon made his way home, his mother turned around. "And do stay out of trouble we don't need to loose you too to those foul spiders."
The boy ran along the dusted path that separated most of the hunts. He pasted artisans whose trades ranged from fletching, basket weaving, cloth making, and fishing. He came to a hunt with an old flag wavering by the front door. The huts were fairly big holding four to five people. The druid's and their powers were to be thanked for creating their homes of vines, tree roots, and leafs.
As the boy ran through the entrance and slammed hard into something and fell down. He got up and dusted himself off before he looked up at the tall man he had run into. "Need to be more careful Leon Ux-Ixen hate to see you run into a tree HAHA" Said a tall dark hair man with a short bead. His eyes were green like Leon, his face was stern and showed pride. The man was known as Roderick Ux-ixen. "Now boy where is my bow?" He asked. "I left it back somewhere by the waterfalls I was hunting a boar when a skale jumped out at me." He explained, this time telling the whole truth. "Well then I suppose you should come and get it back, then shoot down that skale and recover your honor heh." He said in a humored voice. He had no attentions on making the boy go back. "OK I WILL!" Shouted the boy, to his father there was nothing more important then family and honor, even he if he joked around a bit. He hoped that he could impressive his father by completing this act.
