Need a little help
Hey all, I'm thinking of buying a tablet. I looked around a little, and saw these things of about 50 and 100 euro. The difference I saw between them was the resolution (and some software). My question is, does it really matters when drawing?
Thank you

mmm genius tablets offer same level pressure response and are cheap, i have one, its nice but i think they have a shorter life span, wacom is still the better option in terms of durability, and they have spare parts for sale, so you don't have to rebuy the entire thing XD

Go with Wacom. They're the industry standard for a reason. You won't find better tablets anywhere.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about size, either. Unless you're going to use it for full-time illustrating, a 4x5 or 4x6 inch tablet will do you just fine. The area maps directly to your screen - I went from a half-decent cheap brand 9x12 size tablet to a 4x5 Wacom Intuos and never even noticed a difference where the size was concerned.

Thanks
Looking forward to throw up some things of my own on here in stead of ooooh-ing and aaah-ing over other people's creations
