I found a little easter egg in Kamadan.

Before the snow disappears go in Kamadan...stand near the melted snowman near the storage and look south. The snowman is hidden in the frosty tree on the upper level

I thought I saw something strange in that tree, but I couldn't make it out due to all the people in the district lagging up my computer.

I've seen it as well, but there is something more about this snowman. When you go higher up (place behind the storage, where the snowball arena avatars are) and you walk towards the stairs that go down on the south side, try walking towards these stairs and backwards to see a 2nd one spawning which will look to another direction. Same happens when you make a screenshot when you're at the storage, you see in a flash his head moving another direction, quite funny.
