Nice one! Three comments :
- try working with one or two more shade tones to make ur image more 3d
- the face is a bit square like
- Neck goes | / now whereas it should go | | (well just a bit more like that :P not this extreme)
Good work on the lighting and proportions

Nice ones again, and again some comments :
-the man on the left should have equal arms (front one is shorter than the one on the back)
-the woman on the right has her neck too far to the left, not much, but enough to notice
-the womans right arm (for her) should be more shaded at the top as there is shade from the armor there
-the helmet of the man covers the nose on the right side (left for him) this looks unrealistic, try to keep the nose uncovered (now it looks like the helmet isn't straight on his head)
These are but minor details, yet I think they could help you...
Good job!

The left lady has too much neck perhaps, and maybe the arms could be a tad bit longer, though not necessary at all!
Again.. awesome..

I didn't notice half of those until you mentioned them... and I'm still unsure about the woman's neck being too far over (her hair might be obscuring part of it, and she does seem to be standing at an angle, thus rotating the open point of her collar)...
But essentially.... thats why I don't dabble in "realism" any more and prefer to go for a more cartoony style when I make art...
Hats off to those who can get it right though, and in many respects those images are better than anything I could come up with.
[O'course nobody here has seen my art yet.]
