Probably many of u have seen this in the homepage of GW. So I have designed an item, and it's close to completion. And I want to post it here to hear some feedback. But I fear that someone will steal the idea, or even download the image and send with his/her own name. Is there a way of preventing this? How can I make sure that I can post my WIP design safely?

just post the picture with writing across it saying your name, or saying "EXAMPLE", but make it half see-through, like companies do with forms and stuff.

I don't think you should post it at all since other people might copy the "idea" not the actual drawing. It's not just the active forum goers that have access to this forum but everyone who has an internet and this forum is pretty popular, I'm sure there are manymanymany lurkers here. If I were you I would propably just ask opinions from people close to me irl and go from there. Take a break... look at your drawing after several hours to see what needs to be fixed etc.

^ Thought so, becuz if I put a half transparent text on it, I know I can remove it in photoshop. it's not that hard. Guess I'll have to do with the opinions of those on my MSN. Mistical add me to MSN and I'll send u.
