Citadel Runner's Computer generated GW weapons and items art and animation.
Hey, I started this new thread, and I’m hoping there are some other 3D computer artists to add their art to it.
I just completed my first animation of the Shocking Wingblade Sword of Enchantment complete with flowing shock energy. Its high quality at 800 X 600 pixels so it will take some time to download. Its not worth seeing at anything other than high quality. Right click and “Save target as”. The animation is here: Shocking Wingblade Animation
The animation is just about 25 seconds and is of my Shocking Wingblade Sword of Enchantment shown below.
What you see below is a perfect Shocking Wingblade Sword of Enchanting. Made the way the old crafters in The Underworld intended it. The crafters are no longer there, as they have been killed by the beasts. But this sword has been carefully kept in a chest until now. Notice the glowing glob of Ectoplasm attached to the hilt, giving it enchantments that last 40% longer. Its causes 40% more damage while the wielder is above 50% health. Why are the stats so high? Because of the ecto bonded to the handle. If you notice, all the other wingblade swords have the ecto missing and some of the prongs broken. Usually because of battle, or just plain greedy salvagers. Its hard to find one of these with the ecto still attached in the game.
Also, the handle is wrapped with Bladed Aataxe belly skin, the softest hide in the world. Its difficult to get and very rare. Corinthian leather can't compare.
Two other images...

Image 4
Also, here is my Sundering Longsword of Fortitude. It has 30% armor penetration ALL of the time, and is plus 50 Health. This is of course due to the 4 Fissure of Woe Rubies in the handle, which seem to be missing in all the other longswords found in game. Also, the unusual number of magical runes carved into the handle give it the “extra” armor penetration. The handle is genuine Charr hide, which provides for a good two handed grip when beheading foes.
Here are two collectors longswords with a Tall Shield.
And below is the new Poisonous Crystalline Sword of Dragon Slaying. Found in The Underworld in the belly of a slain Bladed Aataxe. It has a massive diamond set in the handle, even though diamonds were previously unknown in Tryia. It also has four enchanted sapphires and an enchanted carved skull set in the blade holder.
More pictures found throughout this thread....
For some information on how I made these, please see my previous thread at Previous Thread

Great job Craig!
Once I get finished with some of my projects I'll give a Shadow Shield a try. Right now I've got to finish and alien and a temple for class, though, so I'm a little short for time. It's amazing how fun working with this stuff can be.

Looked at the Shadow Shield. Would be awesome, but looks pretty tough. If I were to try it, Id get the basic shape, then displacement map the face. Good luck if you can pull it off.

What I'm planning on is using a high polygon count for the starting cube, getting the basic shape, then pulling vertices and bumping them in and out as needed. We'll see how it works, I grabbed some good screenshots yesterday and I'll give it a go during the week.

Well, if the best you can get is 20% armor penetration 20% of the time, then 30% penetration all of the time would be better. Yes?
Started the Crystalline Sword tonight, heres what I got so far. Just the model with no textures, color, or tranparency.
